White Moon Yoga
Just as in nature, our bodies are influenced by the twenty eight day moon cycle. White Moon Yoga is an accessible class for both women and men that celebrates the natural rhythm and qualities of the new moon, waxing moon, full moon and waning moon. The class explores deeper understanding of our cycling bodies, hormones and life phases. Through breath awareness, restorative and dynamic posture, meditation, pranayama and chanting we follow the ebb and flow of the monthly phases, nourishing our nervous system and bodies through the life-giving charge that is available to us all when we connect to Mother Nature.
