Start the day by charging your energy, allowing yourself to gently open and enliven all aspects of you in a supportive, holistic yoga class.
This class works with physical postures and breathing practices, and incorporates accessible meditation and restorative techniques.
Wake Up Yoga will allow you cultivate a full, long breath, and enter the day feeling grounded, vital, and refreshed.
An inclusive format, where questions and feedback are welcomed, you will leave class with the tools to access your own breath and energy in everyday life.
