Holistic Yoga
Working from a comfortable and grounded starting point this class will integrate all aspects of yoga so we can enjoy something for the Body, Breath, Mind and Heart. We gain most from anything when we do it wholeheartedly. Naturally if something is holistic it ultimately makes sense to address the whole, all areas. It is amazing how interconnected the different parts of ourselves are. Through breathing, feeling and surveying, the unknown becomes known and more things become steady and comfortable.
