Vital Morning Yoga
The early morning is an optimal time to wake up our vital energy as we haven’t yet spent energy on other things. This class will target accessing more dynamic energy to support you throughout the rest of the day, as well as strengthening the immune system. Depending on who comes on the day we can make it easier or more challenging accordingly, the main thing is we get the BREATH WORKING!. Without leaving anyone behind we will access more fire and stamina from the navel, creating heat to burn off heaviness and flush out the cobwebs. Followed by a good cool down and relaxation at the end, ensuring you leave balanced and calm.
