Led by Yogareal practitioner / teacher and musician Jarrah Thompson, and flutist / multi-instrumentalist Dan Richardson.
This will be a fabulous event, beginning with light stretching and breathing.
Listeners will then be invited to lie back and be immersed in the healing, restorative vibrations of
CRYSTAL SINGING BOWLS aligned with the Chakras, bamboo flutes, acoustic guitar, bells, chimes, gongs and various other sound healing instruments from around the world all in 432hz.
